  1. Ihad a Pancreatitis attack so im taking Turmeric to help with that i take 1 teaspoon every moring with warm water for the past week i read many good things about it it seems to give me more engery im in recovery now but will still take it …i hope its ok to take just with water ???

  2. I was told to look up the benefits of turmeric after having 4 bouts of pancreatitis this year. I am not sure which will be the best way to take turmeric but I’m willing to have a go at any way suggested
